The team at Thexpostudios wanted to take a moment to say thank you to everyone who's been showing support to our business in this challenging time. For weeks now, the entire world is adapting to a new normal. It has been difficult for us to deal with the changes, and we're hoping it'll be over soon. We're staying in touch with our fulfillment partners about fulfillment and shipping delays.
Here are the estimates we are currently looking at: currently apparel is taking approximately 3–6 weeks. I know this isn't what you guys are used to, so I'm grateful for your patience as you continue coming back to our brand and enjoying our products. Some good news is, we now have more time to focus on some exciting designs / products we previously simply didn't have time for. Stay tuned for more additions to our collection! Due to the current global situation, shipments may experience some delays, but please rest assured your order will still be delivered to you. We appreciate your patience in these difficult times.

Where possible, we are working from home, while our warehouse team are following strict safety protocols that are implemented to protect their well-being. These precautions may result in a slightly longer dispatch time than we usually deliver, but we will do our utmost to ensure that all orders are get to you as soon as possible.

Q: 'What extra precautions are in place at the warehouse?'
It has been determined that the likelihood of being exposed to Covid-19 through shipped items is exceptionally low. We are taking all necessary precautions in accordance with the guidelines set by the CDC and WHO.
We have introduced social distancing measures, maintaining a 6-foot distance between each station.
We've increased our scheduled cleanings at all our fulfillment centers.
We are also distributing PPE such as safety masks and gloves.
Q: 'Non-contact postage'
Some local delivery services are opting to use 'non-contact delivery' - a method that involves the postal worker knocking your door and leaving the parcel on your doorstep instead of handing it to you directly, to avoid direct human contact.
